At Knots & Charms, all jewelry is handmade with care and precision. I want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase! 💫

Right of withdrawal & return

You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date you receive it.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the goods must be:

• unused,

• in the same condition as you received it,

• and sent back in original packaging.

Please note that handmade jewelry that is specially ordered or personalized (e.g. with initials, color choice or measurements) cannot be returned according to the Consumer Protection Act.

How to make a return

1. Contact me via email at hello@knotsandcharms.com within 14 days.

2. Write your name, order number and, if possible, the reason for the return.

3. You will then receive instructions on how to return the item.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. I recommend trackable shipping, as I cannot replace packages that do not arrive.

Refund

Once I have received and approved the return, the amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase, within 5–10 business days.

Complaint

If something is wrong with the jewelry, please contact me as soon as possible at hello@knotsandcharms.com . I will of course replace products that are defective or incorrect according to current consumer legislation.
